environment. Treatment plans will be presented in a
clear manner both clinically and financially. Your
dental health is a priority. For your protection, we
adhere to all HIPPA and OSHA guidelines.
Appointments Policy
Your scheduled appointment has been reserved for you.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we
request 24 hours advance notice to avoid charges.
Financial Policy
Thank you for choosing Cambridge Dental Associates and Annex. Our
primary mission is to deliver the best and most comprehensive dental
care available. An important part of our mission is making the cost of
optimal care as easy and manageable for our patients as possible by
offering several payment options. Our fees are based on the quality of
the materials we use and our experience in performing your needed
treatment.
Payment Options
We accept and participate in most dental insurance plans. We will
provide an estimate of your insurance benefit. Below are a list of

Up to 12 months (with a minimum amount of $300).
